What every plan includes#
Whatever you pay, these are not add-ons:
- Your data stays yours. We do not sell it, and we do not train AI models on it — see the Privacy Policy.
- Your workspace is isolated. Every record enforces ownership in the database itself, not only in the app on top of it. Security Overview.
- You can leave with your data. Export any time, in a format you can use elsewhere.
- Every agent action is logged, and independently verified against what actually happened.
Questions people actually ask#
Can I change plan later? Yes, up or down, any time. Changes take effect at your next billing date.
What happens to my Operating System if I cancel? It stops serving, and your data stays exportable for 30 days. We delete it within 90 days after that. See the Data Processing Addendum.
Do you charge per seat? No. The price is per Operating System.
Is there a free trial of Pro? Explorer is free forever, so you can see the system you built before paying for it. That is the trial.
Can I use this for my own customers' data? Yes — and if you do, you are their data controller and we are your processor. Our DPA covers that, including a POPIA operator agreement for South African businesses, for whom it is a legal requirement rather than an option.

Billing#
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes your jurisdiction applies.
