Short version: we use only what is needed to keep you signed in. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers. Nothing on this site follows you anywhere else.

1. What we set#

Essential cookies cannot be switched off, because without them the Service cannot tell that you are signed in. Under EU and UK law these are "strictly necessary" and do not require consent.

2. What we do NOT set#

  • No analytics cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, Plausible, PostHog, Segment, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or any equivalent on this site.
  • No advertising or retargeting cookies. We do not advertise and we do not sell or share data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
  • No social media pixels.
  • No fingerprinting.

This is why you will not see a cookie consent banner here. There is nothing optional to consent to. If that changes, we will update this page and ask you before setting anything non-essential.

Some of what we store lives in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie. It is not transmitted to us automatically with every request, it stays on your device, and you can clear it at any time through your browser's "clear site data" control. We use it only for the purposes in the table above.

4. Third parties#

The Service depends on third-party providers listed at https://sloelabs.com/subprocessors. Where you connect an external account — Gmail, Slack, and so on — that provider's own consent screen and cookie practices apply on their domain, not ours.

Our authentication provider, Supabase, sets the two essential cookies above on our behalf. It does not use them for analytics or advertising.

5. Managing cookies#

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the essential cookies above will sign you out and prevent the Service from working — that is a limitation of how sign-in works, not a choice we made.

Browser instructions: Chrome · Firefox · Safari · Edge

6. Provisioned operating systems#

If you reached a system at a sloelabs.com subdomain that belongs to another organisation, that organisation decides what it collects. Its notice is at /privacy on that subdomain. The essential sign-in cookies above still apply, because the platform underneath is the same.

7. Changes#

We will update this page if our use of cookies changes, and the date above will tell you when. Any move to set a non-essential cookie will be accompanied by a consent mechanism, not a quiet edit.
