Before you write#
Some things are faster to read than to ask:
- Pricing — /pricing. Explorer is free forever, so you can build and see your system before paying.
- "Is our data safe?" — /trust answers the four questions people actually mean, with evidence.
- "Will you sign our DPA?" — we have our own, at /dpa. It covers GDPR Art. 28, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and a POPIA operator agreement for South African businesses.
- "Who else touches our data?" — /subprocessors, published and kept current.
If you are a data subject, not a customer#
If your personal information was put into an operating system run by another organisation on this platform, that organisation is responsible for it, not us. Their notice is at /privacy on their own subdomain, and they are who you should contact.
Write to us anyway if you cannot reach them — we will pass your request on and help them respond. We will not act on your data without their instruction, because we are their processor and doing so would be the wrong thing for us to do unilaterally.
